Membership at The Liberty Gym

Join a friendly gym with everything under one roof. Ask us anything, or come and see it first.

What membership gets you

Some classes and programs, like boxing open gym and personal training, are set up separately. Ask us and we will walk you through it.

Membership FAQ

What are your hours?

Monday to Friday 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Where are you?

The Liberty Gym is at 85 N Main St in Liberty, NY 12754. Call 845-292-0756 if you need help finding us.

Can I take a tour first?

Yes. We offer a complimentary tour. Book a tour and we will show you both floors, the classes, the locker rooms and the sauna, and answer your questions.

How much is membership?

Ask us. Membership options depend on what you want to use, so we go through them with you in person or by phone and give you a straight answer right away. Use Ask about membership or call 845-292-0756.

Can I try the gym before I join?

Ask about a day pass, or book a tour. Day passes are available at the front desk during open hours, and we are happy to talk it through by phone first.

Do I have to sign up for classes?

Yes. Classes are limited to 15 people, so sign up at the front desk beforehand. The class schedule is on the Classes page.

Do you have Silver Sneakers classes?

Yes. Silver Sneakers Class A (chair aerobics, weights and balance) meets Tuesday at 10:00 AM and Class B (classic Latin music) meets Thursday at 10:00 AM. Ask the front desk to check whether your plan applies.

Is boxing only for experienced people?

No. Our boxing classes are for beginners and intermediate members, and our trainers show you how to wrap your hands.

Do you offer personal training?

Yes. Trainers build a plan around your goals, and we also offer corrective exercise training. Ask about personal training and we will match you with a trainer.

What is in the gym?

Two floors of cardio machines, free weights and strength machines, a spin room, a multipurpose room for classes, locker rooms with showers, and a sauna.

How do I change or cancel my membership?

Talk to the front desk team. They will go through the terms with you in person, so there are no surprises.
